Cookies
Our website uses so-called "cookies." Cookies are small data packages and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or until your web browser automatically deletes them.
Cookies can originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services from third-party companies within websites (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g., the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies can be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process, for providing certain functions you have requested (e.g., for the shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g., cookies for measuring web audiences) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Which cookies and services are used on this website can be found in this Privacy Policy.

The data collected in this way is stored until you request us to delete it, you delete the Cookie Script cookie yourself, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
Cookie Script is used to obtain the legally required consents for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after completing processing of your inquiry). 5. Social Media
Social Media Elements with Shariff
Social media elements are used on this website (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, Reddit). You can usually recognize the social media elements by the respective social media logos.
To ensure data protection on this website, we use these elements only in conjunction with the so-called "Shariff" solution. This application prevents the social media elements integrated on this website from transmitting your personal data to the respective provider when you first visit the page.
A direct connection to the provider's server is only established when you activate the respective social media element by clicking the associated button (consent). As soon as you activate the social media element, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you are simultaneously logged in to your respective social media account (e.g., Facebook), the respective provider can assign the visit to this website to your user account.
Activating the plugin constitutes consent within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
The service is used to obtain the legally required consents for the use of certain technologies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter Data
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use newsletter service providers for processing newsletters, which are described below.
This website uses Systeme.io for sending newsletters. The provider is Systeme.io – ITACWT Limited, 2 Cruise Park Rise, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, Ireland.
Systeme is a service that can be used, among other things, to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored on Systeme's servers in Ireland.
Data Analysis by Systeme With the help of Systeme, we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message was opened and which links were clicked. In this way, we can, among other things, determine which links were clicked particularly often.
We can also determine whether certain previously defined actions were carried out after opening/clicking (conversion rate). For example, we can determine whether you made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.
Systeme also allows us to segment newsletter recipients into different categories ("clusters"). Newsletter recipients can be segmented, for example, by age, gender, or place of residence. In this way, the newsletters can be better tailored to the respective target groups.
If you do not want analysis by Systeme, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message for this purpose.
For detailed information on the functions of Systeme, please refer to the following link: https://systeme.io/de/privacy-policy
Legal Basis
Data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The lawfulness of data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Retention Period
The data stored by us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, and deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected.
After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your email address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist, if this is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is used only for this purpose and is not merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests override our legitimate interest.
For more information, please refer to Systeme's Privacy Policy at: https://systeme.io/de/privacy-policy
Order Processing
We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the service processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
7. Plugins and Tools
YouTube with Enhanced Data Protection
This website embeds videos from the website YouTube. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in enhanced data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the transmission of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the enhanced data protection mode. For instance, YouTube — regardless of whether you watch a video — establishes a connection to the Google DoubleClick network.
As soon as you start a YouTube video on this website, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. The YouTube server is informed of which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your browsing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Furthermore, after starting a video, YouTube may store various cookies on your device or use comparable recognition technologies (e.g., device fingerprinting). In this way, YouTube can obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent fraud attempts.
If applicable, after starting a YouTube video, further data processing operations may be triggered over which we have no influence.
YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If appropriate consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
For more information about data protection at YouTube, please refer to their Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

We collect, process, and use personal customer and contract data to establish, structure, and modify our contractual relationships. We only collect, process, and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to invoice for it. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship and expiry of any applicable statutory retention periods.
Data Transfer Upon Conclusion of a Contract for Online Shops, Dealers, and Goods Dispatch
If you order goods from us, we pass on your personal data to the transport company entrusted with delivery and to the payment service provider entrusted with payment processing. We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary as part of contract processing, for example to the credit institution entrusted with payment processing.
No further transmission of data takes place, or only if you have expressly agreed to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for pre-contractual measures.
Payment Services
We integrate payment services from third-party companies on our website. When you make a purchase from us, your payment data (e.g., name, payment amount, bank account details, credit card number) is processed by the payment service provider for the purpose of payment processing. The respective contractual and data protection provisions of the respective providers apply to these transactions. The use of payment service providers is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract processing) and in the interest of as smooth, convenient, and secure a payment process as possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as your consent is requested for certain actions, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing; consents can be revoked at any time for the future.
